Grand Opening of Goldworks

Feb 1st 2014

Gemologist, 2nd generation jeweler, and lifetime Half Moon Bay resident to follow in family tradition

Josh Warshauer, and his family of jewelry artists, has occupied 542 Main Street in downtown Half Moon Bay since the construction of the Giorgetti building. When owners Jay and Patti recently retired, closing the doors to Main Street Goldworks after 26 years, many couldn’t imagine walking by the prominent corner storefront without seeing the fine jewelry designs of the Warshauer family sparkling in the windows. Having the immeasurable support of his family, the local community and the jewelry industry, eldest son Josh Warshauer is proud to announce that this corner of Main Street will continue to sparkle with the grand opening of Goldworks, Saturday February 1st.

All of the original designs of the Warshauer family will be featured including brother Jesse Warshauer’s award winning Eshai Designs. Many other new and estate collections will also be available in a wide range. Timeless platinum, diamond, and fine gemstone jewelry to sterling silver for any occasion. These jewelers from around the world may differ in style but share the unique artistry, quality and value that meet the prestigious reputation synonymous with Goldworks.

As both a certified jeweler and graduate gemologist, Josh Warshauer is able to provide a multitude of on-site custom, repair, appraisal and buying services. Forging a seamless combination of old world craftsmanship and the latest technologies. With a specific talent for handling estate jewelry and diamonds, Goldworks prides itself on providing upfront transparent valuations. Leaving the final decisions for you to make with confidence.

Josh Warshauer and family owe much of their success to the support of the local community. Goldworks can be expected to be involved in many community functions with a particular focus on promoting education in the arts. Let Goldworks help connect you with the array of talented local art instructors so that you can discover your own talents as well as enjoy the ones we have to offer.

Please join us at 542 Main Street, Half Moon Bay from 10am to 5pm Saturday, February 1st to celebrate the opening of Goldworks with music, art, food and of course, beautiful jewelry.
